Hi ladies just wondering if anyone else has gone or is going through something similar ... My DD is 19 months old and can't stand up or walk she doesn't crawl either she scoots on her bottom ... We've been to a neurologist and the did an EEG witch came back normal we are now waiting on an MRI she also says about 5 words when she was about 10 months old she said at least 8 or 9 she was however diagnosed with high functioning autism but that doesn't explain why she don't walk or stand her legs are very strong and so are her arms .... Just wanted to get some input

What are you doing to facilitate her standing? Exersaucer? Holding her hands to get her to stand? Anything like that? Is she held and carried a lot?

my second child didn't stand or walk until 18.5 months. She also didn't crawl. But just before she turned 19 months, she stood up by herself. Then she was walking with a matter of weeks. She also didn't talk until she was 3. I was worried she would have delays. But she is 5 now and going to Kinder soon. Last year she was one of the smartest kids in her class. She can already read and write. Every child is different. I wish you and your DD the best.
