I read that when a mother has a baby even if the dad signs b.c. the mother has custody!! Is this true in az? Thanks

No That's Not True You Have Joint Custody , Because He signed it . The only way you will have full custody is if He sighed his rights over.

Depends on the state.

Every state is different. Either way I recommend going and filing for full custody.

Idk in AZ but in VA even if both parent sign the b.c neither has custody until one files. thats what the court told me, i thought that was odd.

Every state has different custody laws.  Glad that you contacted your attorney.
