Ive been doing the squats, a different one than you have posted tho.  Im up to about 105 a day.  It is making a HUGE difference already.  My thighs are a lot less giggly already!

This would be better if it worked the obliques.  As it is it's only working some of the abdominal muscles, not all.  Is there one that includes the obliques?  And most trainers suggest a day in between abdominal exercises.  Where is this list from?
