Is s/he on your plan or on dad's? Why?
Mine, his dad doesn't have any.
As part of the CS order my kids are on their father's insurance plan.
My ex's plan but he doesn't give a crap to even let me know his healthcare coverage so I've put our daughter on my plan. Whatever my plan doesn't cover (co-pays) I send the louse (my ex) the bill AND I've told the doctor's office his cell number and address so they can go after him to pay the bill.
Ex's, its court ordered, not to mention its military retiree insurance. Better price/copays than most. Not to mention that he has a wife and 2 kids, adding our 4 kids doesn't cost him anything.
Dad's I did not have any at the time plus he has 3 other grown kids on it, makes sense for him to carry all 5 kids.
My ex husband has her on his insurance. He's active duty military and she has full coverage with zero copay through him, no way is that changing (and it's in the court order).
That dead best wouldnt pay for anything even if I asked. I haven't seen him in 1.5 yrs. I pay for her. I pay for everything for her. I get CS but that was enforced because the cheap bastard wanted to just send diapers and destin. Lol she is almost five now. Sorry I shouldn't of ranted that much. Oh and her healthcare might be going up do to good ol obamacare....
she is on mine...why? cuz he's not involved...
