And threatened my family. My brother is fuming. My DD was a mess, crying and asking for Dada after he left. He started punching the windows ans saying he was coming back to "fight"

Just what the FUCK was I thinking?? What was I thinking when I got with this dude?

This is not OK. Not normal.

I dont know what to do.

You start by calling the cops and reporting it!

I agree with JohnnysGirl. Also get a restraining order ASAP!

I tried. I asked my brother to call cause his phone was close by and dumb ass was worried about fighting him!

Scary!  Definitely call the police, get the restraining order and keep records of everything.  Do you live with your family?

There is a restraining order in place

If there is a restraining order, you need to report this.  He violated it.  He is in contempt of court.  You need to start your paper trail now.  Sometimes it will take five or six times of this before you see any affect, but you have to do it.

I didn't after he left. I'm hoping the doesn't come around. I cut all contact and I guess this drove him here. I warned him not to come around.

As much as I wanted to call the cops when he was here, I dont think I want to do it. I don't want the drama.

Call the police and have him arrested for trespassing. Then follow through with pressing charges.

Do yourself a favor, look up on the internet how many women have not wanted to bother calling the cops when their ex violates a restraining orde. Then look up how many women have been killed by their exes who had a restraining order against them. There are way too many.

Oh and it goes both ways, I know a man that was killed by his ex's bf when there was a restraining order against her.

Don't worry about the inconvenience, don't worry about the male testoserone (sp? too tired), don't worry about what the neighbors might think. Worry about your little girl and you being there for her instead of 6' under.
