I have never had cable.
For internet I have hughesnet. It is just ok and I pay the lowest $60/month.
I can get increase speed for more but this site and checking email is the most I do online.
$60 for CenturyLink. We have 2 PS3s, 2 computers, 4 smart phones and 2 Roku boxes hooked up and never have a lag or slow service.$8 a month for Netflix and $8 a month for Hulu. Most other shows we can watch for free on the netwrok websites.
I don't have cable but I have AT&T Uverse for my internet. It's $34.95 a month but I think I got some sort of introductory offer. I like the service but I was told when I signed up the speed I have isn't good for online gaming. So I guess it's a good thing I don't play online games. It plays my Netflix and Hulu just fine and no problems with my computer or tablet. And their customer service is great.
I have CenturyLink and pay around $40-50/month for internet I don't know exactly what the exact amount is. It's wayyy too slow for me though. If we aren't downloading anything, it's fine.. but I download a lot of music/shows, and we do a lot of Netflix on multiple devices... plus my daughter plays Disney apps that run even when she's not using her iPad. So I'd like an upgrade on speed, I just don't want to pay for it right now. :/
I refuse to spend money for cable... I download all my big cable shows online.
Brighthouse, I pay 86$ a month.
Mommy to a beautiful daughter (7.5.08), Stepmom to an amazing son(6.5.07), and Angel baby boy(3.6.10)
I'm with Comcast and I pay about $170 for cable, internet, and phone.
