Judge's Decision

We have court in June (trying to modify child custody). Can anyone tell me if the judge makes a decision in court, after or does it depend? I have zero experience with this. Thanks!

Ask your lawyer they would know more.

Sometimes you don't even see a judge. You see a moderator. But yes they do normally make a decision right there and it will take about two pay cycles to take effect. Depending if they put the paperwork in right away.

unless you are missing documentation or he is, more than likely the judge decides there and someone, usually the winning lawyer draws up the decision for the judge to sign.
