need some help

i need some help. my husband left me last wednesday and i need to know how to file for a divorce or atleast get some temporary orders. he thinks he still gets to know everything i do and its really annoying. i live the houston area. i am in montgomery county.  i have some of the paperwork to file but dont know where to go to file it. any help would be great. TIA
