New to group

Hello,

My name is Marilyn and I am separated from my husband.  We were good friends from High School who got together five years ago.  Our marriage is not ending well and I think he's a butthead.  I have two children 16 and 3.5.

I went to court yesterday and had a terrible experience with a judge who would not listen to me.  My husband stooped to shutting off utilities in our house just to get back at me.  The judge ordered him to turn them on, but he hasn't yet.  I don't know what my next move will be.

I do plan on call attorneys today to find out how I can get some representation.  Other than that I am trying to get through the summer with my 3 year old at home until school starts.

Sorry to hear that, Marilyn.  :(  You know, all of our ex husband's are buttheads....love the way you put that!  We are all here for you!  :)  Getting an attorney puts you one step ahead....he's only screwing himself with what he's doing....just remember that....and YOU will get so much more out of him in court, if you continue to let him be a butthead and dig himself a hole!!  ;)
