I"ve thought about it, but he's not around anyway so I'm not going to worry about unless I were to get married and the guy wanted to adopt her.  Her father has never seen her and doesn't even know her name and I like it that way.  In my situation, no father is better than having him around!  Good luck

haha yup I got him to do it when my daughter was 5 months old.
And I still got a court order for child support.

iam in Wyoming and if you take him to court and he doesnt do the test then its his kid, and he has to pay for the test. and you can file with the court and put an announcement in the paper saying you are taking his rights and if he dont respond to the courts within 30 days his rights are gone but i am pretty sure he still has to pay support, but he just has no rights to the child.
