WOW Bistro Chicken
WOW Bistro Chicken

I was debating what recipe to put up for the last post of this year. I could post a special recipe for a grand celebration or a lead-in to next year’s resolution, and everyone has got one, to lose some of the holiday weight that seems to be impossible to avoid.  The weight lose won out.  On our sister website, emealsforyou.com, we have a category called WOW ( Watching Our Waists) where we provide recipes for controlling our food intake and not giving up on all the flavor and satisfaction.  Along with this category we provide Diet Friendly, a 4-week quide of meal plans.  The secret to success is to maintain your nutritional balance throughout the day. Three meals and two snacks evenly spaced will accomplish this. Our affiliation with registered Dietitian Lisa M. Ronco, MS RD CDN, along with our Diet Friendly 4- week plan will help you get to your health goal. Would you like an entire weekly plan to control your weight and your life, geared to portion control and balanced meals.  Our intent is to make it very easy to provide good, nutritional meal ideas; three per day, with two snacks during the day.  All this plus shopping lists for these meals.

So if you don’t think the Special K diet, or the Soup Everymeal diet are for you; come over to emealsforyou.com and see that healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring.  Act now and take advantage of our  special holiday pricing of $9.95 for a full years’ membership; that’s an $8 discount from our regular price.  Just click here, emealsforyou.com, and use Sponsoring Identifier URGIFT-12 when you register.
