1 TB of liquid bentonite and 1 tsp powdered psyllium, or 1 TB of groud psyllium husk ( it's flaky not powdered, I prefer this kind because it doesn't clump up as bad when you mix it in water)
Both can be purchased at natural health food stores (I like Vitamin Cottage) and they are not expensive.
Mix together in 8 oz of water and drink immediately. Followed by another glass of water, but you don't have to drink the second glass immediately. Don't eat anything an hour before or after, otherwise the bentonite will absorb the food in your stomach instead of toxins.
Start out once a day and increase up to 5 times a day (if you want to.) I took it twice a day and ended up losing 8 lbs within a few weeks with no dietary changes at all. And I have NOT gained it back. I plan to do it for a month or so a few times a year.
Start out slow, because the psyllium can make you constipated. Increase as your body gets used to the extra fiber.
