Crown Roast of Pork

Crown Roast of Pork

We were trying to come up with a menu for Christmas and didn’t want to go the usual turkey or ham route.  We wanted something that said “Festive Meal” yet one you can put in the oven and forget about it while you open gifts and socialize.  As you can see from the photo, this one feeds an army; so you have to have plenty of people to help you eat it.  Stuff it with your favorite stuffing recipe or use our Apple Stuffing recipe at emealsforyou.com.

A quick note here, if you don’t see a crown roast in the meat counter of your favorite market ask the meat cutter to make one for you.  They probably will enjoy showing off their talents and you will end up with a well trimmed roast.
