Well I know that individual experience may vary, but to be honest I have never been more disappointed with anything. I had very high hopes for this apartment, unfortunately there are nothing but disappointments, I paid over $500 to have my two small dogs live with me, The rent works out to be about $2100 a month, yes that's right!! Now our base rent for this apt is 1085. But every month there is something new and there are 'CHARGES" . We try to fight it and get a response. But it seems they have an answer for everything. Also the attitude of the staff and the unfriendly neighbors. I have a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apt here. Its not worth it, they may look pretty and the furnished units come with dorm room furniture and plastic mattresses. There isn't actual paint on the walls, just the primer and everything leaves a mark. Its just not worth it. You could rent or possibly buy a Much Nicer house. This place is a 2 out of ten.
