Alrighty girls give me the low down, today i got call from the ob coordinator that i'll be getting the rest of my ob care on base and have a appointment 12/8. DH has heard that they have rules like Crist Clinic for women with the not allowing extra persons in the appointment/children due to the construction that is going on base. Since the beginning of this pregnancy i was being seen off base(Crist Clinic for Women, Which btw i DON'T recommend IF you have kids) then i got my pcm to write a new referral to a more family oriented place then BAM get yanked to head back on base. So....I honestly don't know what to expect besides the usual dealings with snippy RNs or even MDs.

You can bring your kids to regular OB apts but not to ultrasounds. I just had a baby there almost 6 months ago and I thought it was nice. I enjoyed the care in the clinic and my labor and delivery was nice. I didnt have any issues.
My kids were even in the room at my last couple ob apts when they were checking me and stuff we just had them sit behind the curtain while she was checking me.
ok whew :) tyvm. i greatly appreciate it.

I had OB care on Lejeune until I recently moved back home because of hubby deploying. I didn't exactly like the way I was treated. The OB coordinators were rude and not very helpful. O well, I'm glad to have civilian care now.
