I have 6 yr old twin boys. I wanted to send them to some type of camp or summer program that was afforadble..since I'm a stay at home mom..I'm just looking for a part-time a few hrs a wk 2-3 days a week program. I'd like something that doesn't cost more than $25-30/day (for a 2-3 hr program)...if that exists!  Does anyone know of any cheap or low-cost community programs..like when I was little we had arts and crafts in the park..and it was free.  I'd appreciate any info.  I live in the Swarthmore area.

The YMCA has an awesome summer camp and it's affordable, they have financial aid too. You can pick the weeks you want to send them.

I live in darby but I think Stonehurst had a program from 9 to 12 for like $5 a day and it was run through the upper darby recreation program otherwise camp is a business.
