I am doing Farley well pain is an everyday thing and I have alot of bruises but,They look at me like oh poor thing.Does anyone else experience this?I complained to a non lupus friend and they said milk it.I don't want all the oh poor babies now there will be time enough for that later.

Ugghh, I hate that I missed it!  NOT!  Just kidding.  I've seen that show a couple of times and it was great, but I don't get to watch it or any other grown up show much because my 4 year old daughter has to watch cartoons ALL OF THE TIME and my 8 year old son is hooked on sports.  ALL OF THEM!  LOL  I do have a lot of bruising.  Especially on the upper portion of my legs for some reason.  I've also been getting a lot of red blotches on my face, neck and arms that come and go.  I've never really had many folks think "poor thing" about me because most of them don't realize how much pain I'm in a lot of the time and don't understand what Lupus can do to a person.  It's sad really that a lot of people have families like mine that just don't understand. You'd think they at least pick up a book or look online or something.  I guess since I "look" sick, it's hard to see how really sick I am at times.  What type of Lupus do you have?  Mine is SLE.  I don't know that I would use the show to "milk it", but I might definitely use it to show folks just how bad it could be and let them know that if they aren't, they should be more understanding.  Take Care!
