I have found that a warm shower helps to loosen my joints.
I also take either ibuprofen or Bayer back and body at night. Talk you your doctor and see if you can take an over the counter joint suppliment.  Might help. Seems to make the mornings a little easier.
I have mornings however that my husband has to help me out of the bed.  One of the biggest things that you can do for yourself is to get enough rest.  You also might put some kind of handhold within reach to help you get up in the mornings. We have done that so when hubby isn't home I have something to hold onto to help me out of bed.
I hope this helps a little.

Warm showers does for me too, but yoga, helps in the long run. It seems a bit wacky at first but it does help!

I used to fight the stiffness and try and "jump up".  Not anymore.  Pacing myself, a hot shower, and naproxen seems to help quite a bit.  I definitely need more time in the mornings!

Me I have a hotshower in the morning.  But you can't really go by me I am 31 and on 17 pills a day.  My husband calls me a pharmacy lol. They say laughter is the best medicain.  I believe it alot.  It really works.  When you are in pain laugh at the pain is doesn't take the pain away but is lessen the pain.
