I also have Raynauds, except my fingers literally turn blue if I hold something that is tooo cold.  It seems to come and go with me.

I'm having issues with my hands, but I don't know that it's the same thing.  My are sooo swollen and dried out nothing helps! They stay bright red and looked shiny and "chapped" all of the time.  When they are swollen, they look very white with red blotches.  If I just bump my hand against anything it breaks the skin and begins bleeding.  It almost looks like a rash of some sort, but it will not go away.  Plus, it is very painful!  Does anyone else have this or know what it is?  I really don't know if it's from SLE or if it may be from some of the meds I'm taking.  Whatever it is, I wish it would go away!  I am 33 going on 34 and now not only do I feel like a little old lady, my hands look like they belong to one!  My hands also feel very cold all of the time which is quite odd since I feel like I'm having hot flashes most days even in the winter!
