To keep this forum a nice public place for all mommies to be at. I am putting new rules and guidelines in place.

1. NO NAME CALLING EVER.  No name calling, no racial slurs,. You will be kicked out of this group. PERIOD.


2. NEVER EVER tell another mom she is a bad mother. EVER.  If someone asks a question about potty training... then answer the question or offer advice.  DO NOT SAY SOMETHING LIKE THIS... "omg, your kid is 4 and is still not potty trained. That is ridiculous. You should be locked up for child neglect." I will remove you from this board, and you will not be allowed back in. 

3. DO NOT ADVERTISE ANY BUSINESS in this group.  No mommy ebay... no look what I can make... no home businesses. NOTHING.   The only advertising that is allowed in this group must be Cafemom related (such as for another group, but make sure the headline is TASTEFUL!), or cleared though an admin (occassionally we allow charity stuff.... but it MUST be cleared through us first!) First offence gets you kicked out.

4. NO ADS IN SIGGYS EITHER.  Disable them, I don't realy care if it was an accident. If it is in your siggy, your first responce will be deleted...and you will be warned. The second time it happens.. you are out. No questions asked.

5. NO VOTE FOR MY DAUGHTER posts.  If it is a contest or something that we are doing... fine. If it is some stupid contest on an external site... it is gone.  And  you will be removed from the board.  Someone kept linking them to porn sites, and I got sick of tracking them down. Therefore all are banned.

6. DO NOT CURSE IN THE BOARD.  If you can't be mature enough to use decent language.  Then at least have the respect to *bleep*, *****, or #$%^ it out.  I don't like seeing it, and I know most of the other moms on here have kids who can read.  It is a zero tolerance policy.  First time, you are outta here.

7. OFF TOPIC CONVO IS ALLOWED.  But with moderation. Venting once or twice about your hubby or bf is fine... just don't make it a habit.  Same with any other topic.  BUT jokes, funny stories, cute pics are always welcome. 

8.  REMEMBER THIS IS THE INTERNET.  No adivce posted in this board can replace what a doctor can tell you.  So if you are seeking medical advice... a lot of what is in here is or could be wrong.

9.  I WILL ALWAYS DEFEND MY MEMBERS, if they are in the right.  I think of each and every one of sorta like friends.  And if someone is picking on you or harrassing you. TELL ME.  I will handel the situation and be in touch with cafemom about it.

10. WITH THAT SAID... If you harrass my moderators, you will be dealing with me, and I will take it up with Cafemom.

11. IF YOU FEEL LIKE SOMETHIG IS WRONG with a post.  Or you feel threatened, or if you feel like someone is harrasing someone else. REPORT IT.  That is what abuse reports are for.  We will deal with it.  Ifthe post or repsponce breaks a rule. The member that broke will be dealt with accordingly.  BUT YOU MUST TELL US WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT, or else we can not do anthing about it.

12. NO STALKING. do not follow a member post to post, board to board, to argue with them and talk crap about them.  THIS IS HARASSMENT. and you wil get kicked out.

13. NO TROLLS. A troll is someone who joins a group to start trouble. If your very first post is controversial, or every post you put up causes trouble... you are out. 

14. THIS IS NOT A DEBATE BOARD.  I do not want to see topics like. What do you think about the legalization of marajuana? What is your stance on abortion? What do you think about gay rights. NO. NOT ON THIS BOARD.  Take it to the Debate Team or something. 


I AM RESERVING THE RIGHT TO AMEND THIS AS NEEDED.
