Hi there and welcome to my "get rid of baby weight" experience :)

Really, playing here can be forwhatever reason you want - I personally have about 40 pounds to 'release' and/or tone and turn into muscle (related to pregnancy and toddler eating habits - mine) and I thought I'd make a group to invite other Moms here to do it with me!

First, a little about me (and tell us a little about you and your fitness goals in this thread too, k?)

I'm a Mom of 3 - been home with them since the first one BUT there's a big spread between them (oldest is 15 and youngest 2) so I've been gradually adding to my bottom line (LOL - get it bottom line - hee hee) for many years now. Gonna be trick getting back to where I started (or at least in the neighborhood!)

Anyway - I'm ready ... for sure in the right midset. And to add a little excitement to it (for me and totally optional for you) I'm doing it with Team Beach Body.

See, I'm a marketer at heart and nothing gets me moving like the promise of a new income stream - grin. But first I have to become a product of the product, right?? So that's where we are now.

Doin the do. :)

I've started a blogger blog - topic weight release/ loss - to kind of document how things go and I hope you'll comment there too when the mood strikes you!
