You will need your blogs icon saved somewhere where you can produce a direct link.
Once you have the direct link. Copy this and change what's in red.

Post to a html gadget and save! Woo hoo! You're done!
Where can you save an icon where it would have a direct link? I have mine saved on my computer, but don't you need to have it saved on the Internet somewhere so it has a URL?
