Anyone else having a wicked time with acne?? I have broken out SO bad! What do you use that works??

grr! yes! i wish i had a magical cure! this is the only time in my life i get acne, and i can't deal with it! i don't just get acne on my face though, it goes down my neck, on my chest, between my breasts, down my back and arms. it disgusts me. like i said, i NEVER get pimples when i'm not preggers. i think my whole teen years i had a total of 3 pimples, small ones at that. i guess god is just laughing at me now. (sorry if tmi)

YES! I'm not very far along at ALL and my face is totally broken out and like FP I NEVER have acne!!!!! I don't know what to use! I'm just drinking lots of water! Lemme know if you find anything!
