Mom's Who Bottle Feed I have a Question

How much is your baby drinking??  My son is 6wks an weighs 11 lbs 3 oz he likes his food , but the Dr told us to try and space it out .. so we are trying 3oz every 3hours sometimes 2 oz every 2 hours .. around 24oz in a 24 hour period I guess .. But how much is your babies eating?

I breastfed so I can't help.  But I hope you find our answers!  I am now bottle feeding and I wonder if I am doing the right thing!  My baby is 7 months.

I think my son was around that when he was 6 weeks. I fed on command though. If he was hungry an hour and a half after he ate, I'd feed him.. and as much as he wanted. If he finished 3oz and still seemed hungry I'd make a little more.

At 6 weeks Connor drank about 3 oz every 2-3 hours. Sometimes more or less. Now he gets 6 oz every 4 hours or so, with food during the day too. He's 9 months old :)
