It's a struggle to get Joey to eat chicken, but I found a chicken dish the other day that he gobbled and it was super easy to make.

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts

garlic salt

BBQ sauce

In a 2.5 quart crock pot, put one piece of chicken breast in, sprinkle with garlic salt. Put the other piece of chicken in and sprinkle with garlic salt too. Cover both pieces with BBQ sauce, cover and cook on high for 4 hours.

We made tatertots for a side since those are one of Joey's favorites and he scarfed all his food down! Another trick that we learned recently is that it is "fun" and "hiliarious" to take bites with mommy and daddy so we all get our forks ready and take a bite, (a dramatic bite) and say mmmmm, yummy! That always makes him laugh and gets him to eat. We also pretend that we are going to eat his food and he says no, and shoves it in his mouth. We've found the more we laugh at the dinner table, the better everyone eats.

I just recently found that my daughter LOVES stuffed shells.  We had tons for leftovers so I think she's had it 2 or 3 times this week.  She's gotten really picky lately...

mine isn't picky at all for breakfast she loves scrambled eggs cooked with sausage or ham in it with spinach, mushrooms, cheese, jalepenos and picante sauce cooked in with em. Starts her day off good. Also she loves veggie and fruit smoothies I usually put spinach and carrots with strawberries, blueberries and banana and about a cup of whatever 100% juice she has some vanilla yogurt and the rest water to get it to blend, I blend it really good so that she can drink it from her no spill cup with the straw in them, it tastes good they can't really taste the veggies cuza all the fruit and its really good for them, I have also threw in frozen green beans or broccoli and she drank it just the same. I drink them too the raw veggies are great for them and you! :) It is better than it sounds and you can experiment with what you like too.
