Moms my son will be 3 sept 4th and on Monday he will be put under anesthesia to cauterize his right side of his nose due to bad nose bleeds. I'm freaking out. I'm so worried about the whole anesthesia. Any moms had to deal with this yet. I know in my heart he will be ok still worried

Update 8/27

He had it done today and did great. I'm so super excited that he did so well. He did have to have A breathing treatment which wasn't expected but he's getting a cold. All the nurses and doctors did great.

My youngest had a cyst on his face removed at 7 months old. He had to be put under because of the cyst being right by his nose. We had this done because he was 7 months old and had to wear baby gloves because he kept scratching at it and making it bleed. He's now 20 months old and doing wonderful. It was the hardest thing to do. Hand over my baby to the doctors and sit and wait. There was 4 couples that had their babies there to get tubes in their ears that were there while we were waiting and their babies were in and out before my son. I tell you, when I got him back in my arms it was the best feeling :) He was a little disoriented when we got to see him, a bit cranky because of it but he did great :)

Both of my kids have had to be put under before and I really believe that it's harder on us then it is them. He will do great and it will be over with before you know it.
