Before working from home, I dreaded going in to work ... not so much about socializing with the employees, but the actual getting dressed, commuting, working for 8 hours for someone else. I was literally suffocated by the sheer thought of not breaking out of the mold and working for myself.

NOW I AM ... and I love every bit of it!

I am a virtual recruiter specializing in Engineering & Design clients and candidates. I found a way to do what I love (recruiting & staffing) and still have the flex time and balance of the work and life.

The recruiting and staffing industry is booming, and will only increase due to the rise in unemployment and the reality that more and more companies are not hiring permanent workers.
