i have become so darn lazy and gained weight!!!!! how the heck do i get out of this funk? i even have a gym membership ive always wanted but since it takes a half hour to get to it i lost that excitement to go. what to do!!!!
Start with telling yourself you will do ten minutes of exercise. The other day I was feeling the same way as you. I told myself I will do 30 minutes and I just went from one activity to the other without much energy. As a last minute thing I tried the skateboarding game. I tried it and just kept at it because I wanted to beat it. Before I knew it an hour had gone by! I also like to play some music when riding the bike on island cycle or when doing the free step. How cool would it be if the game let you play music?!
