I recently got my wii fit and am excited to use it regularly, however, was wondering if you really see any difference using it?  What do you usually do on it and how many reps?  I am really just getting to know it but wish it had a workout program already set up and that changed with your progress.  Is there a program like that anywhere?  Sorry for all the questions.  Thanks for your help and am looking forward to getting support from this group!

I am prengnat now so I have slowed down a bit BUT when I was using mine regularly, it helped me lose 50 POUNDS!!!!!

So I think it can help!!!!

Thanks for the reply!  I am hoping it works for me...i have to lose 35-40 pounds altogether.
