What do you ladies do to keep in shape?
I had a perfect, completely sarcastic picture in mind.....but I apparently don't have it saved to the computer.
I don't....at least not like I should. I need to start, though. *shrugs* I have lost some weight, which is encouraging.

I do P90X with the hubby. I was not sure if I was going to like, but I really do enjoy the workouts. I would not say that I have "lost" much weight, but I can see a change in my shape and muscle tone. Then again, if I would eat better, then I would probably see a bigger weight loss!
Swimming, tennis, and walking.
Does chasing a 22 month old count? I've been planning to start walking every night but it's either been over 100 or raining :(
Fork lifts...from my plate to my mouth...
No seriously...I watch my diet (usually) and try to include more overall movement in my day (take the stairs at work, park moderately far away from the grocery store, etc). I haven't figured out how to have my "me" time at night and wake up early enough to exercise in the morning.
