Tell me about your home office.

Do you have one? Is it functional? Why? What would make it better? How many hours a week are you in it?

I work from home but we live in a one bedroom apt, so my office is in the living room.  I have a dedicated wall of work!  A dual screen computer and another computer that my son can play on, a fax machine, shredder--everything I might need for my job.

The place I never stay at???  I have a really nice desk that my youngest daughter got me last year for my birthday, and it is very functional now it has taken me about ten months to get it the way I want and to not take to much space since I share the area with my husband and daughter Nyssa. We turned our dinning room into the "office", but not for tax purposes.  I spend about eight actual hours at my desk doing work, such as lesson plans and paying bills, or when I was in school doing homework.
