I usually grab some Chex Mix, the Quaker Rice Snacks or any of the 100 calorie packs depending on my mood when we're shopping.
today I have peas from my garden and almonds. I try to keep healthy snacks around, but I really need to go shopping lol
I used to, but on the plan I am on, I am only allowed one snack, and it is out of a list of approved items. Sometimes I want it, sometimes I don't. But I find that the plan makes me not really need to snack.
grapes cherries ..if in season. fruit all day! love it! and fills me up!
