I am not doing a good job of fitting it in, both myself and husband need to go, but with everything else, it is hard to find enough hours in the day.
I don't and that's whi I've gained so much weight. I'm thinking about joining the YMCA and quitting one of my jobs, so I'm hopiing to get some exercise done.
It takes my lunch time. With everything else going on, there is no other way to fit it in. When its nice out, I go for a 3.5 mile run (usually takes abut 32 minutes) 4 days a week and do yoga 1 day. When its cold, I take longer lunches about 3 days a week to hit the gym and just work thru my other 2 days to make up the time. Currently with the workout in there I'm going from 6am to 9pm with no breaks without working on my business. Nights where I work on the business, its 6am to 11pm.
I work evenings and my husband picks the kids up and takes them home to bed so when I get off work, I go to the gym and workout then. Its night time or not at all. I also try to take the kids places that we can get some movement in like hiking or long walks in the neighborhood.
