What do you have for breakfasts? I am in the process of trying to lose weight...........it's soooooo hard............but one of my daily habits that I'm trying to get into is eating breakfast. I don't usually have breakfast and when I do, it's not healthy (usually get something from the student coffee house).
I do get 2 hard boiled eggs and that's good. I do like eggs. But, I'm trying to find what others eat and maybe any suggestions you have. My biggest problem is that i don't get up early enough to make something so it's something that is usually a grab-n-go thing.
Also, any recommendations on shakes for the morning?
