How are you paid? Do you feel it makes a difference in your work bases on how you get paid?

Salary. It allows me to have more flexible days...as it only matters that my work is done...not what time/how long it takes to do it.

I'm salary. It makes a difference, but what difference that is depends on the place. My current job allows me more flexibility. My last job just felt free to demand more hours without any extra pay.

Salary and I love it!! No one does my job but me. When I take time off no one is there doing my job. I love love love the flexability!! As long as my job gets done, it doesn't matter if I take a few hours here and there, and I still get my full paycheck :)

Salary, and I can't really say pay makes a difference in my overall dedication or performance.

I'm hourly. My pay doesn't affect my work ethic. But how my company treats the employees does. It wouldn't matter how I got paid. I'm usually the kind that will do my job to the very best of my ability. But I can't wait to get out of this job and into school so I can have a career.

i am technically hourly, but my job is so laid back that it's not exactly a traditional set-up. they usually run my payroll without even asking me if i varied from the "norm."

the nice part about hourly is that i can adjust my hours at will. i take advantage of that probably every 6 months. lately i've been working more rather than less.

I am paid hourly, and it doesn't make a difference on my work because I love what I do.

Without Faith there is no Hope, Without Hope there is no Faith, this is true in all religions.
