How are you paid? Do you feel it makes a difference in your work bases on how you get paid?

I miss my salary wage....I make more on paper with hourly...bt I have to actually clock in and out..and when you are running behind..you pay suffers....its new for me after being salary for 6 years.  I miss the flexibility there.  BUT growth and opportunity wise I am in a better position NOW to move forward sooooo....I grin and keep on with the show.

Hourly, and yes.  If I was salary I would never work overtime.

Salary, but because I'm a teacher it doesn't make anything more flexible.

Hourly.  I prefer it this way. I never work over 40 hours, or in the rare cases I do I'm paid time and a half.

Salary at my company isn't worth it.. you're required to work a minimum of 42.5 hours/week and 46 hours/week for holiday season.  I would never want to do that.  I want to spend some time with my kid!
