I am angry at a co worker of mine and luckily my boss is going to talk to him tommorrow.His name CJ and he won't do anything right.He is in the engine department building engines and already had one comeback I had to fix.Put it together without torquing a bolt down to spec.Tells my boss I have a hand gun in my left pocket and my boss told told him I can carry it legally since I have a concealed weapons permit and know the law very well on this.My Boss is going to fire him,too many comebacks and I have to fix what mistakes he did.Disrespects me and called me the C word once I will not mention which I don't like.I was not too happy with him today,I put an engine he put together on the dyno and no oil pressure when I ran it.I asked what he did wrong and said nothing.My supervisor Ralph whom was told by me talked to him,he said screw you to him.That is when my boss told him to punch out and go home.My boss,Ralph and I had a meeting,Ralph and I said he needs to be fired and my boss agreed with us
No work ethic, and always someone else's fault. Yep I work with a beauty like that, too! Hope he goes away peacefully!
I have that engine tore down already,installed the cam bearings in wrong including the main bearings.CJ knows I take over as supervisor on September 10,Ralph is retiring and his last day is September 7th.
I can't stand anyone not standing behind their work,that is going to change when I take over on September 10th as supervisior of the engine shop.I already discussed this to Ralph and he liked my ideas.Got the call from my boss tonight,CJ is going to get the news to pack his toolbox and leave tommorrow morning: he is fired.Costing my department and boss money.

He is gone,my boss told him to pack up his toolbox and leave.Been peaceful ever since.My boss had a problem with him taking an every hour smoke break too and had enough of it.CJ gave me the middle finger and told me &*^0 you B*tch.
What a real winner. Glad you don't have to deal with that crap anymore.
Does any one go around in person to look for a job anymore vs only applying online?
