How do you find the time to exericse and keep up with daily chores?
I walk with a few coworkers on fifteen minute breaks. As for daily chores, the only ones I HAVE to do involve the animals ~ making sure everybody has food and water and checking the chicken coop for eggs.
I choose to do the daily chores I can get to and skip the exercise. I do get to walk the dog (she is learning the leash walk at 6 months old) in the evenings while DD is going to sleep, so that is a little exercise. And I figure doing the chores around the house is a somewhat halfway workout.
I haven't ran in a week (YIKES) but I gave myself 3 times in the day to get my exercise done.....morning before work (usually strength training at home), during my lunch, or during my daughters' soccer practice/at home. I have been running more (just 30 minutes) and it's nice. This week has been really busy so I haven't been running.
As for chores, each of them has a chore to be done every night that does help a lot and I just do what I can. I don't have a perfect home but it's clean enough.
Chores are about the only exercise I get.
I don't, probably why I am fat! LOL
I go to the gym every day right after work, unless I need to be somewhere. I do chores as I find the time; I try to do a little each night.
