When I worked in the office, I just wore the same kind of clothes all the time (yoga pants, t-shirts) so, no I didn't change right away.

Lately Ive been changing at least my shorts so I'm more comfy. Usually I just stay in them though

That's one of the first things I do! Walk in the door, put stuff down, kiss the baby (and DH if he's lucky lol) and then change my clothes (and hope no one shows up at our house unexpectedly!).

I take off my shoes, change into pajamas, take out my contacts, and put My hair in a ponytail as soon as I can get the small one off of me.

I always change since I'm tired of being in a uniform and would rather not run errands like that. Plus they have a rule in the handbook that we can't wear our uniforms outside work or we'll be fined if caught!
