No thank goodness!!

My DH on the other hand - NO ONE has received a raise in 3 years & they say that won't change for a loooong time. Not a salary cap, just cheap...gotta save $$ for the CEO's planes & yachts.

No cap, but no raises to really put a cap on I guess.

Yes, mine does.  I started out a the same salary, and will always make the same thing.  We also do not receive bonuses or merit increases, but I knew all this when I took the job, and the salary is very fair, so I'm ok with it.

No.  We get raises as the company can, and a cost of living raise at the very least.

Yes. Before the new company took over I was capped out and had been for 4 years. Now I'm making even less and heard that this company might not give raises at all.

None that I know of. They usually do a 3% "inflation adjustment" at our company. If I want a raise as they define it, I have to get a promotion.
