I ordered my new iPhone 5 the day they came out. I figured I ordered in time since my emailed confirmation said it would arrive on the 21st. When Friday came and went with no delivery, I called AT&T on Saturday. Turns out they are backordered. I get that, but they could send an email or text, since they do so for every little thing anyway. My issue was not able to be resolved with the CSR on the phone, so I requested a manager or supervisor. They were busy, understandably, but I said I would take a call back. No call up to today, so I went online and put in a contact us request for a call, clearly stating my issue. I recieved a call within a half hour. Due to them dropping the ball, I get $182 credit on my bill (one month of a regular bill), and the phones will be here tomorrow.
