No overtime pay! I worked 60 hours last week, what with parent/teacher conferences and after hours training. I have two more really long weeks coming up soon.

Stinks! But look on the bright side, that's way better than self employed! No overtime, no bonus, only getting paid if you collect it from clients, no one pays you when you're not working, no benefits, when something has to be done you have to do it whether your sick, day care closes unexpectedly, you have worked 40 hours already, or it's Christmas morning, and even though clients don't pay on those days that no work is getting done, you still have to figure out how to afford paid time off for your employees...

Oh, man. That's awful. : ( Hopefully you can head out a little early after the rush to catch up on your rest! I'm sure this is really taking it out of ya!
