My Kindle has not been charging well. I had to spend over a minute jiggling the cord to get it to connect. I had purchased a different cord on the chance it was a simple fix. NOPE. So I called and explained my situation, and they said they appreciate that I had taken the time to try a new cord, that most people don't. So they are just going to replace it. The new one will arrive around the 18th, and I will have 30 days to return the old one.
