compassion, I genuinely about care about people, my patients, I have been blessed and given the gift to provide nursing and medical care for over 20 years now, and still I want to improve their quality of life. I love hearing their stories, getting to know them, and sharing time with them. I often get to see people at some of the lowest moments, and my heart aches, but it motovates me then to be part of helping them get to their best moments or happier moments, and that is the most rewarding feeling.

I try to treat every patient as though they were my dearest loved one, my children, my DH, my parents, etc... Each and everyone deserves that.

I say flexibility too. To elaborate, I'm able to tak any situation and go with the flow without losing my main focus of the task. I'm a teacher so flexibility is key. You never know when you'll get one of those teachable moments

Focused -  when given a goal I can and will do my best to keep it in the time frame given.

My determination.  If I have said I will do something, I will do it, and it will be done right.  That is both a strength and a weakness; I have turned in class projects a day late because they were not up to my standards, and it is hard for me to slow down on something or admit that something is a lost cause.
