 ...what exactly do you "do"?

I am a manager of a Business Engineering department for a large healthcare company - basically our team is responsible for aligning the business with technology.  We have a lot of IT project managers and business analysts on our teams.    Tell me about your job!

Currently I am a payment specialist for a catalog company.  I can handle the accounts of about fifteen different catalogs.  I take payments (obviously lol) help customers manage their accounts, make notes on past due accounts, do a little customer service (ie get cussed out so the customer feels better) take orders, I think I got everything lol.  Not a bad job, but there is nowhere to go promotion wise so I am halfway through my BS and once I finish in November I will start looking for a new job, preferably with benefits and salary.
