'Working Moms Slow Cooker' Challenge- Day 3: Teriyaki Chicken
Today's challenge dinner is Teriyaki Chicken.
- 1 bag of Baby Carrots
- 1 Red Onion
- 1-20 oz can of Pineapple
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 3/4 cup of Teriyaki Sauce
Put the above ingredients in the slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours. Serve over rice. You can also double this and put in a freezer bag to use at a later date.
