'Working Moms Slow Cooker' Challenge- Day 4: Sausage and Peppers
Today's challenge dinner is Sausage and Peppers.
Ingredients you'll need:
- 3-4 Italian Sausage
- 1 Green Pepper, chopped or sliced
- 1/2 Red Pepper, chopped or sliced
- 1 small Red Onion, chopped or sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 can Italian Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
You can prepare this the night before and refrigerate. Put all ingredients in the slow cooker on low for 6 hours. You can make a double batch of this and freeze to use at a later date.
Serve on rolls or with hot noodles with cheese.
