As many of you know from reading previous posts, my bio father is trying to reconnect, I think. I have taken to writing my feelings out in my notebook just to get them out. It is very helpful. I have never kept a journal, but I may just start.

Glad you are able to write it out. It can definitely help to get thoughts on paper!

I'm glad you're able to get your thoughts out about the whole situation.

Ahh, I hope you find some inner peace and strength with journaling. I cannot imagine how tough that would be.

I don't keep a specific journal but I tend to write notes to SO or my boss when they really piss me off. It helps me say what I want without repercussions

I write all the time. Even if I shred it after. Good luck.
