Couldnt find any tea this morning, so I made a pot of blackberry and cinammon coffee. I could sleep all day if DD wasnt home and I didnt have to go to work at 1. Thanks for the tips. :-)

Thankfully I dont have the coughing yet. Just a lot of drainage and stuffiness. But I am sure by the end of the day the coughing will start.

Go see a chiropractor. Within 20 minutes of an adjustment, my sinuses always drain. Its nasty when it does, but it relieves it!!!

I love this! Its in the natural section at my grocery store.  I also take Emergen-C when I feel a cold coming on. Both work really good and no side effects.

Warm fluids, tea & soup.

Zi-cam or zinc if you start it very early.

Rest

And unfortunately TIME!

Feel better soon!!
