I try to keep a good variety of foods for cooking and snacking because dairy really isn't good for anyone in our house.  The more vibrant and colorful it is, the more often I try to get it.  The girls love helping to pick produce :)

Yum. I do like a lot off that list. But also not a fan of some, like tomatoes.

I will eat: eggs, milk, beef, beans, nuts, oatmeal, flaxseed (in other things, like, oatmeal), olive oil, broccoli, garlic (yessssssss!!!), red peppers, blueberries, apples, and of course chocolate!!

I don't like tofu and I've never had lychee or flaxseed. Other then that I eat all of them.

I'm surprised fat free milk is second. I assume cow milk?

I try to eat most of these foods. I don't eat the ones that aren't as available in our area.

Avocados and blueberries are two of my favorite foods.

Agree with u, also surprised with the soy products, tons of controversy around that. And eggs as number 1?

It's an interesting list.

My family and I eat everything on the list except lychee. We have tried it, but it's not regular for us.

Oh yea, except DS2, cannot have nuts, poor baby. But the rest of us gobble them up, lol.

Oh and figs are just scrumptious when in season, but hard to get all the time fresh for sure!

I third this. I searched the web and I know where this list came from. I disgree with most of it as "healthiest foods".
